Conflicto de jurisdicciones entre la Fiscalía 114 Especializada contra las Violaciones a los Derechos Humanos y el Juzgado 65 de Instrucción Penal Militar.

Teniendo en cuenta que la Sala Plena de la Corporación encontró que mediante Auto 601 de 2022, la Corte Constitucional resolvió el presente conflicto y determinó que la Fiscalía 114 Especializada contra las Violaciones a los Derechos Humanos es competente para conocer la investigación, se dispuso ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en el mencionado proveído y enviar el expediente al precitado operador jurídico, para lo de su competencia y para que comunique la presente decisión a los interesados.
